Be able to have ALERT in chart without Health HX info 'popping up' every time/where

Deleted CDT Codes

There should be a way to "inactivate" a deleted CDT code so that it does not show up as an available code to use when there are CDT changes. Currently, I change to "DO NOT USE IN 2019".

Add Tx plans and Clinical note changes or deletions to Audit trail
