Ever since the latest software update, the width of appointment book display is too wide to have open next to Patient chart.

It has made my clinical needs and documentations more difficult as the two displays compete for space and overlap. It was never a problem before.

Sign Chart notes before closing.

We currently have an issue with our staff forgetting to sign their name on chart notes. I suggest no closing the notes until an employee can be chosen.

Make Allergies and Medications Available on Questionnaire

It'd be nice if Allergies and Medications were available on Questionnaires so we could print that out to make patient's updating their Health Hx easier. As of now we just print a copy of the Health Hx (great feature!) but it doens't print their ad...
