Adding Elective treatment

We would love to be able to add an option to add Elective treatment to a patients treatment plan. We don't want it to be the same as Treatment that needs done, but something that we can easily identify without having to go back through notes

Remove "painting" once tooth is extracted

We had done previous composites on a tooth. The patient had an extraction and the tooth was removed, yet it still shows where the composite was done. We should be able to remove that once the tooth is goned

Sticky note added to Chart view

Adding a post it note to display while chart is open for anything to stand out for doctor to read about patient, such as an alert if pt on blood thinner, needs par, pacemaker and type anesthetic to use.
