Transfer Medication List from Questionnaires to Medications List in Health History

It would be helpful if the medications patients list in their questionnaire could transfer to their medication list in their health history

Button in Rx Center to add Rx to clinical notes

We like to have Rx given to patients, documented in the clinical notes. As it is now, we have to prescribe the Rx in the Rx Center, then go to clinical notes to document it there.

select a chart tooth to find notes in the progress notes panel.

Start and End date of pt in ortho on chart.

Be able to add other allergies and medical conditions that are not prelisted.

The health history pop up does not have all medicinal allergies or health history. There is a section for notes, would be nice if it could be put there.

Add multiple physicians to health history

Would be nice to add multiple physicians to a patient's health history. The patient may have a pcp and a cardiologist, but we have can only put one doctor.
