Create the ability to upload Word or PDF created consent forms

Since there is a limit on the amount of characters that can be entered being able to upload a PDF created consent.

Add a code that allows you to apply a courtesy to a treatment case plan. Right now you have to print it and then hand write on it courtesy, which defeats the purpose of a clean presentation.

This would be useful because the purpose of a Treatment Case Plan is to explain to the patient in writing what you will be doing for them. The fact that you have to hand write on it "courtesy" takes away from the formal presentation.

Universal removal of a code

It would be helpful if there could be a way to remove an old code from all patient's treatment plan. Example: the old Occ guard code D9940. It is now changed to D9944 but we have to go tx plan by tx plan and remove the old code as we find them.

Right click a tooth on the odontogram to add common findings or planned treatments.

Should be able to right-click a tooth and choose from the most common treatment codes (or custom) and then surfaces without the need for clicking separate buttons in another area. Could pull up decision trees.
