Make a commonly used code list

CDT codes should be viewable in a frequency of usage ranked list - that is, the most commonly used codes are at the top of the list of perhaps the 10, 20, or 50 most-used codes.

Soft tissue at-a-glance

Similar to the way we can chart existing work, tx recommendations, etc and visually see them on the pt chart, it would be great if we could visually plot a soft tissue note such as fibromas or geographic tongue, etc.

Hover over watches on tooth chart

After placing a watch on a tooth, description written in progress notes - hover over the "W" and description shows up on the tooth chart instead of having to find the tooth in progress notes.

ability to chart soft tissue similar to teeth.

if it was in chart can easily access it. otherwise, have to comb through chart notes to find the note. very time consuming.

Tag Clinical Note with Tooth Number(s)

By tagging a Clinical Note with the relevant teeth (or other tags such as Pathology, Behavior, etc), we could quickly see all Clinical Notes relating to a given tooth in the future instead of having to hunt through a long narrative of all treatment.

select a chart tooth to find notes in the progress notes panel.

Patients with a long history have very large lists of progress notes. It would be very beneficial to be able to select a tooth from the chart and have only the progress notes related to highlighted teeth show in the progress notes panel. Highlight...

perio charts dates

I wish the date of the previous perio chart showed when opening the "new chart." The numbers show up as lighter it would be nice if the previous date of the exam showed on this page as well

Adding section for multiple patient photos

By having a spot to add multiple patient photos would be very helpful. This is most helpful for hybrid denture surgeries, we need to take measurements and multiple photos of the patient before, during and after treatment but have no where to store...

Adding an option to add a supernumerary tooth for perio charting.

For example; patient has Supernumerary tooth located between #25-#26 and due to no area to chart the numbers we have to skip perio charting it on that tooth, as it has no spot to place numbers for the supernumerary tooth.
