Be able to sign Health History

if a patient could sign the health history then we would only need one form to update since we go over it with them.

Soft tissue at-a-glance

Similar to the way we can chart existing work, tx recommendations, etc and visually see them on the pt chart, it would be great if we could visually plot a soft tissue note such as fibromas or geographic tongue, etc.

ability to chart soft tissue similar to teeth.

if it was in chart can easily access it. otherwise, have to comb through chart notes to find the note. very time consuming.

Perio chart should display date of last data set on window instead of today's date

You have to go to file->open to see dates of last perio charting. It could make it easier to determine if they are due for new probing if it would display the last date on the top of the window.

Remove pontic with D9120 Fixed partial denture sectioning

The pontic for a bridge remains in the patient chart when the bridge is sectioned. The only way to remove the pontic from the patient chart is to inactivate the procedure. By inactivating, the tooth history is removed from the progress notes.

Set how much time for procedures in treatment plan

We would like to be able to set a amount of time specific to each individual patient for procedures in the treatment plan next to the procedure so that whoever schedules the appointment will know how much time the provider actually needs/wants sch...

Tag Clinical Note with Tooth Number(s)

By tagging a Clinical Note with the relevant teeth (or other tags such as Pathology, Behavior, etc), we could quickly see all Clinical Notes relating to a given tooth in the future instead of having to hunt through a long narrative of all treatment.
